Most people think that a piece of paper has two sides, a front and back. Actually a piece of paper has four sides the front, inside front, the inside back and the back.
The problem is that to see the inner two sides, itΓÇÖs necessary to turn the paper inside out. Here, let me show you. To help tell the sides apart I have marked each side with a different number of spots.
The front has one spot and the back has four spots. Turning the paper inside out, the inner front has three spots and the inner back has six spots.
ItΓÇÖs never a good idea to leave the paper inside out. The front has one spot and the back five spots.
